Objectives: This study aimed to determine the relationship of hypogonadism symptoms with the levels of sex hormones in men.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 140 men aged above 40 years. Data collections were conducted by Aging Male Scales (AMS) questionnaire and some sociodemographic variables. Then, 3 ml blood serum was sampled for testosterone (free and total), FSH and LH. Data were analyzed by descriptive and analytical statistics.
Results: Mean age score was 52.09 ± 7.096. There was no significant association between total score of the symptoms of hypogonadism and serum total and free testosterone level while it was shown significant association with BMI (p = .021) and occupation (p = .005).
Conclusion: The most men experienced the symptoms of hypogonadism and the majority of the symptoms were related to psychological domain. The symptoms of hypogonadism are considered to some factors like BMI and occupation too.

Introduction: CarboxypeptidaseE (CPE) is an enzyme involved in the neuropepetides/hormones processing. Its deficiency is associated with endocrinopathies comparable to those caused by proprotein convertase1/3(PC1/3) deficiency. In this case report we expand the clinical features of CPE deficiency by examining the index case's clinical/laboratory results, which are also indicative of PC1/3 deficiency.

Objective: One of the most severe endocrine side effects of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) is hypophysitis leading to adrenal insufficiency. Recovery is rare, although it has been reported after high-dose glucocorticoid treatment. This is the first randomised study to evaluate whether hormonal recovery differs in patients treated with high-dose glucocorticoids versus glucocorticoid replacement therapy.

Objectives: Moebius syndrome (MS) is a rare congenital non-progressive rhombencephalic disorder mostly characterised by abducens and facial nerve palsy, but with a multifaceted clinical presentation. Isolated or multiple pituitary hormone deficiencies in the setting of MS have been occasionally reported, but the simultaneous involvement of three or more hypothalamic-pituitary axes has never been described. We hereby report the case of a girl with MS that showed a co-occurrence of GH-, TSH- and ACTH-deficiency.

The 46, XY DSD group is vast and includes various conditions caused by genetic variants, hormonal imbalances, or abnormal sensitivity to testicular hormones, leading to varying degrees of under-virilization. A 19-year-old phenotypically normal female from Kakamega, Kenya, presented with primary amenorrhea.

Classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) due to 21-hydroxylase deficiency results in severe cortisol and aldosterone deficiency, leading to persistent adrenal stimulation and excess production of ACTH and adrenal androgens. This review examines the clinical considerations and challenges of balancing under- and overtreatment with glucocorticoids in adolescent and adult male individuals with CAH. Adolescents face many unique challenges that can hinder adherence, hormonal control, and transition to independence.
