Paramolars are rare supernumerary molars occurring buccally or lingually/palatally near the molar row. They may cause complications such as caries, periodontal disease and delay or prevention eruption of permanent teeth. Reports of bilateral entity are rarely found in the dental literature. The present article reports a rare case of bilateral double paramolars in the maxillary molar region in 21-year-old male patient.

Purpose Of Review: The purpose of this review is to outline the current knowledge on epidemiology, diagnosis and management of neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) that develop in the context of Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) syndrome.
Recent Findings: Pancreatic NENs develop in 8-17% of VHL patients (vPNENs) and are mostly multi-focal, cystic and non-functioning. Surgical resection is recommended for vPNENS > 3 cm that exhibit higher metastatic potential or in tumors with short doubling time while in the 20% of cases with metastatic disease the HIF-2 A inhibitor belzutifan is considered a promising option.

Introduction: In adult patients, most ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) occurs secondarily. Concurrent UPJO with nephrolithiasis is not rare and simultaneous treatment by performing laparoscopic pyeloplasty and endoscopic stone removal has been suggested. In the case of atypical anatomy or previously failed pyeloplasty, a laparoscopic ureterocalicostomy is preferred.

BACKGROUND Varicella-zoster virus (VZV) encephalitis is a commonly reported form of encephalitis that clinically manifests as skin lesions, fever, headache, and neuropsychiatric symptoms. We present a case of a patient with VZV encephalitis complicated by cerebral hemorrhagic transformation, characterized by high levels of inflammation and protein in the cerebrospinal fluid. The aim is to highlight the risk of hemorrhagic transformation associated with VZV encephalitis.
