Motivation: Modelling with multiple servers that use different algorithms for docking results in more reliable predictions of interaction sites. However, the scoring and comparison of all models by an expert is time-consuming and is not feasible for large volumes of data generated by such modelling.
Results: Quality ASsessment of DOcking Models (QASDOM) Server is a simple and efficient tool for real-time simultaneous analysis, scoring and ranking of data sets of receptor-ligand complexes built by a range of docking techniques. This meta-server is designed to analyse large data sets of docking models and rank them by scoring criteria developed in this study. It produces two types of output showing the likelihood of specific residues and clusters of residues to be involved in receptor-ligand interactions and the ranking of models. The server also allows visualizing residues that form interaction sites in the receptor and ligand sequence and displays 3D model structures of the receptor-ligand complexes.

Ensuring species integrity and successful reproduction is pivotal for the survival of angiosperms. Members of Brassicaceae family employ a "lock and key" mechanism involving stigmatic (sRALFs) and pollen RALFs (pRALFs) binding to FERONIA, a Catharanthus roseus receptor-like kinase 1-like (CrRLK1L) receptor, to establish a prezygotic hybridization barrier. In the absence of compatible pRALFs, sRALFs bind to FERONIA, inducing a lock state for pollen tube penetration.

To achieve rapid and stable detumbling of a space noncooperative satellite, an adaptive variable admittance control method for the manipulator is proposed and verified through simulation study and the ground experiment. The control block diagram of the proposed method is presented, and the adaptive variable admittance compliant detumbling control model is established. The proposed controller includes the fixed admittance controller in manipulator task space, the adaptive pose compensator for the grasping point on docking ring, and the damping adaptive regulator based on manipulator joint angular velocity, and the stability is proven by the Lyapunov method.

Cryptosporidium has gained much attention as a major cause of diarrhea worldwide. Here, we present the first structure of H-2K complexed with a decapeptide from Cryptosporidium parvum Gp40/15 protein (Gp40/15-VTF10). In contrast to all published structures, the aromatic residue P3-Phe of Gp40/15-VTF10 is anchored in pocket C rather than the canonical Y/F at P5 or P6 reported for octapeptides and nonapeptides.
