Lipoma is rare in the planter aspect of the toes, and only few cases of massive lipoma have been reported in this site. The differential diagnosis of masses in the foot and toes is wide, and clinical diagnosis may be challenging. Access to magnetic resonance imaging, a standard diagnostic investigation for such soft tissue masses of the foot and toes, may be limited in some practice, requiring a reliance on clinical signs. We report a solitary massive lipoma in the planter aspect of the right great toe that appeared as two masses and with modification of typical clinical signs of lipoma.

We report the noninvasive imaging diagnosis of a massive right atrial lipoma in a young male patient. Echocardiography and myocardial contrast echocardiography were used to assess echo intensity, tumor size, anatomic boundary, hemodynamics, and contrast agent perfusion. Dual-source CT revealed that the CT value of the tumor was fat density.

Background: Pelvic lipomas, particularly when massive in size, present unique surgical challenges due to their intricate anatomical location and proximity to vital structures. Complete resection of tumor is the basic principle. In this case, we demonstrated the complete resection of a huge pelvic lipoma by laparoscopy combined with a transsacral approach, which was rarely reported in the relevant literature.

Background: Aggressive angiomyxoma (AA) is a rare and slow-growing tumor in the pelvic and perineal regions that might develop into other perineal structures. It can present variably, ranging from a painless mass to non-specific symptoms such as dyspareunia. Due to the high relapse rate, extensive tumoral resection is reasonably required to prevent recurrences.

Importance And Background: Gastric lipomas are rare submucosal tumours that account for less than 1 % of all stomach tumours. Despite their benign nature, they can lead to significant clinical manifestations such as gastric outlet obstruction and massive gastrointestinal haemorrhage.
Case Presentation: We report the case of a 50-year-old woman with no prior comorbidities, presenting with severe upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
