Inkjet-printed silver gate electrode with low electrical resistivity was fabricated by UV curing method. By adjusting the UV curing time and the distance between the samples and UV lamp, the effects of UV curing conditions on the electrical resistivity of the silver films were studied, and the lowest electrical resistivity of 6.69 × 10 Ω·m was obtained. Besides, the UV-cured silver films have good adhesion to the glass substrates, with adhesion strength of 4B (ASTM international standard). Our work offered an easy and low temperature approach to fabricate inkjet-printed silver electrodes with low electrical resistivity.

Proper modeling of PV cells/modules through parameter identification based on the real current-voltage (I-V) data is important for the efficiency of PV systems. Most related works have concentrated on the classical single-diode model (SDM) and double-diode model (DDM) and their parameter extraction by various metaheuristic algorithms. In order to render more accurate and representative modeling, this paper adds a small resistance in series with the diodes in SDM and DDM.

Graphene exhibits exceptional electrical properties, and aerogels made from it demonstrate high sensitivity when used in sensors. However, traditional graphene aerogels have poor biocompatibility and sustainability, posing potential environmental and health risks. Moreover, the stacking of their internal structures results in low compressive strength and fatigue resistance, which limits their further applications.

Conductive hydrogels with exceptional mechanical properties have received extensive attention in flexible strain sensors. However, there is still a huge challenge in the preparation of hydrogels with high toughness, conductivity and frost resistance performance. In this study, the prepared PA-PAAM-CS (PPAC) composite hydrogels were obtained by incorporating phytic acid (PA) and chitosan (CS) into poly(acrylamide-co-stearyl methacrylate) (PAAM) polymer network.

Heterogeneous integration of emerging two-dimensional (2D) materials with mature three-dimensional (3D) silicon-based semiconductor technology presents a promising approach for the future development of energy-efficient, function-rich nanoelectronic devices. In this study, we designed a mixed-dimensional junction structure in which a 2D monolayer (e.g.

Aerial insects are exceptionally agile and precise owing to their small size and fast neuromotor control. They perform impressive acrobatic maneuvers when evading predators, recovering from wind gust, or landing on moving objects. Flapping-wing propulsion is advantageous for flight agility because it can generate large changes in instantaneous forces and torques.
