Aim(s): To examine nurses' knowledge, attitude and practice regarding nutrition management in hospitalised adults and explore their views on it.
Design: A mixed-method approach combining cross-sectional and descriptive qualitative methods.

Objectives: This study was designed to characterize the prevalence, pattern of herbal use, and related factors among diabetic patients in Tabriz, Iran.
Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out on 322 diabetic patients with random cluster sampling of specialized and subspecialized clinics in Tabriz, Iran. Binary logistic regression analysis was performed to evaluate the association between predictor variables (sociodemographic and disease-related characteristics and patient preference for treatment type) with herb use Interviews were conducted using a structured questionnaire from October 1, 2022, to April 23, 2023.

Wilson's disease is an autosomal recessive disorder that affects copper transport due to deficiency of ceruloplasmin and causes deposition of copper mainly in the liver, brain and cornea. It causes hepatic and/or neuropsychiatric manifestations. This copper deposition causes cirrhosis of the liver, encephalopathy and liver failure.

Subspecialization in surgery is increasingly common and for great reasons. Over the past 20 years, there has been evidence in support of the link between subspecialization in the disciplines of orthopedic surgery, general, thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, and in interventional cardiology and better patient outcomes and technical advances in their respective fields. In addition, studies suggest that increased hospital and surgeon volume throughout surgery may lead to improved surgical outcomes.
