Symptoms of airway compression secondary to double aortic arch are relieved by division of one of the two aortic arches. However, in some cases inherent tracheomalacia and other factors may result in persistence of symptoms. We report one such occurrence in our experience and describe the use of aortopexy as a curative procedure to tackle this problem.

In patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), multi-valve disease is common and associated with worse outcomes. Despite multiple emerging transcatheter valve treatment options, no guidelines exist for the transcatheter treatment of multi-valve disease. We present a case of a 76-year-old patient with concomitant severe aortic valve stenosis and severe mitral valve stenosis who underwent concurrent TAVI and transcatheter mitral valve replacement.

Objective: Single-center studies have suggested that solid organ transplant recipients are at increased risk for arterial aneurysms. Moreover, they describe a more aggressive natural history with increased rates of expansion and rupture. In this exploratory analysis, we aim to assess the frequency of arterial aneurysms in solid organ transplant recipients using a large-scale national database.

Background: Double aortic arch (DAA) with type B aortic dissection in adults is a rare aortic vascular disease. The abnormal anatomical structure of the aortic arch in such patients presents significant challenges in the selection of surgical approaches, and there is a notable lack of exploration into endovascular repair approaches that simultaneously preserve asymptomatic vascular rings.
Case Description: A 43-year-old female patient was admitted due to recurrent chest and back pain lasting for over a month.

Purpose: We presented the experience of a tertiary care center for maternal and fetal diseases and assessed the findings fetuses with double-inlet left ventricle (DILV) regarding fetal echocardiography, prenatal course including fetal growth and death, and postnatal outcome.
Methods: In this retrospective study, patients diagnosed with DILV via prenatal ultrasound in the maternal-fetal medicine department between 2015 and 2023 were included to evaluate important aspects of prenatal diagnosis and course, as well as postnatal management and outcome.
Results: There were 33 DILV cases prenatally diagnosed and postnatally confirmed.
