Purpose: Primary corneoscleral cyst is a rare disease occurring in the pediatric age group. We report a case of corneoscleral cyst with visual diminution.
Methods: We conducted a case report.
Results: A 7-year-old girl presented with corneal opacity in the left eye. Examination revealed a corneoscleral cyst. The corneal part of the cyst involved visual axis. Surgical excision with a scleral graft was performed, leading to an improvement in visual acuity. No recurrences were observed until the last follow-up at 18 months.
Conclusions: Corneoscleral cyst should be considered in the differential diagnosis of cystic ocular surface disorders in the pediatric age group.

A patient presented with corneoscleral thinning five months after the treatment of suspected ocular squamous surface neoplasia with mitomycin-C and interferon. For tectonic and aesthetic purposes, we decided to perform lamellar corneoscleral transplantation. The approach used established new tectonic support and corneal homeostasis.

Purpose: To describe the risk factors, clinical features and management outcomes of ocular surface squamous neoplasia (OSSN) with 360° of limbal involvement (360-OSSN) and compare with segmental limbal involvement (SL-OSSN).
Methods: Retrospective comparative study of 360-OSSN vs SL-OSSN. All 360-OSSN and every 10th patient with SL-OSSN during the study period (2012-2020) were included.

Purpose: To report on the utility of intraoperative optical coherence tomography (iOCT) in the treatment of a traumatic iris cyst with aspiration and alcohol injection.
Observations: A 61-year-old male, with a past ocular history of a left corneoscleral laceration in 1982, presented with gradual onset of blurring of vision in 2021. Examination revealed a large iris stromal cyst.
