Background: The treatment of vitiligo is difficult and usually requires prolonged therapy. All exogenous glucocorticoid therapies can lead to the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA) suppression. Steroid therapy in the form of an intermittent pulse therapy is a much safer option than daily administration.

Background: Plasma cell myeloma (PCM) is a common adult hematological neoplasm of terminally differentiated B-cells resulting in accumulation of monoclonal plasma cells. PCM is heterogeneous disease with survival time varies from months to years, determined by age, stage, cytogenetics abnormalities, and treatment response. There is conflicting evidence in role of immunophenotype as a prognostic indicator.

Introduction: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a progressive autoimmune inflammatory disease. : Preventing postoperative infection and promoting patient safety are essential responsibilities of the operating room nurse. In some hospitals, splash basins are used to rinse instruments during surgery, although previous studies emphasise the risk of bacterial contamination. A recent systematic review calls for further investigation into surgical teams' use of splash basins.
