Introduction: Since the early 2000s, the video game industry has seen extraordinary booms in product development and market growth, with the total number of video game players globally reaching 2.69 billion by the end of 2020. Despite the rapid growth of the industry, there is little recent data investigating the time adult video game players spend sedentary playing video games and the time they spent engaged in physical activity.

Design: Underpinned by the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, this study was an exploratory qualitative design involving in-depth interviews. Data collection occurred between July 2023 and January 2024.

The Spanish Society of Pneumology and Thoracic Surgery (SEPAR) and the Spanish Society of Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology (SEIMC) have developed together Clinical Practice Guidelines (GPC) on the management of people affected by tuberculosis (TB) resistant to drugs with activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. These clinical practice guidelines include the latest updates of the SEPAR regulations for the diagnosis and treatment of drug-resistant TB from 2017 and 2020 as the starting point. The methodology included asking relevant clinical questions based on PICO methodology, a literature search focusing on each question, and a systematic and comprehensive evaluation of the evidence, with a summary of this evidence for each question.

Introduction: There is a risk of iatrogenic vascular injuries during robotic-assisted laparoscopic excision of diaphragmatic endometriosis. Although studies are limited, the first reported case of a suprahepatic inferior vena cava (IVC) injury during robotic diaphragmatic endometriosis excision was successfully treated using a fibrin sealant patch, preventing exsanguination and conversion to laparotomy.
Case Description: A 36-year-old female with a history of recurrent catamenial pneumothorax and two prior video-assisted thoracoscopic surgeries to treat diaphragmatic endometriosis presented to our clinic with right-sided shoulder pain and a chest tube in place.
