One healthcare system took advantage of the skills and experience of its expert Nursing Professional Development Specialists to efficiently and economically facilitate novices' role development. They created an online repository of learning materials to provide useful resources and demonstrate various presentation methodologies, thereby sharing their expertise and extending support to those new to nursing professional development practice.
