Tapinarof cream 1% once daily (QD) demonstrated significant efficacy in patients down to age 2 years with atopic dermatitis (AD) in the ADORING 1 and 2 phase 3 trials. We report local tolerability outcomes. Patients received Tapinarof or vehicle cream QD for 8 weeks.

Immunology depends on maintaining a delicate balance within the human body, and disruptions can result in conditions such as autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiencies, and hypersensitivity reactions. This balance is especially crucial in transplantation immunology, where one of the primary challenges is preventing graft rejection. Such rejection can lead to organ failure, increased patient mortality, and higher healthcare costs due to the limited availability of donor tissues relative to patient needs.

Background: We aimed to investigate the association between maternal caffeine intake during pregnancy and asthma in children by 10 years of age.
Methods: We considered 5585 mother-child pairs enrolled in a population-based birth cohort. Consumption of regular and decaffeinated coffee, black and green tea, and cola beverages before and during pregnancy was obtained through face-to-face interviews within 72 h after giving birth, and total caffeine intake (mg/day) was estimated.

Allergen-specific immunotherapy (AIT) has been a longstanding treatment for allergic diseases. Historically, subcutaneous immunotherapy was the main approach, but with the development of sublingual preparations, which are associated with fewer systemic side effects, sublingual immunotherapy is gaining global popularity. In Japan, the approval of standardized sublingual immunotherapy preparations in 2014 has significantly accelerated its adoption.
