This study aims to reveal the transduction signaling network that triggers sea cucumber () autolysis. The tandem mass tag (TMT) proteomics and transcriptomic techniques were used to analyze expression differences between inhibited and activated sea cucumber autolysis. Flow cytometry was used to identify apoptosis.

Prostate cancer is a significant global health issue due to its high incidence and poor outcomes in metastatic disease. This study aims to develop models predicting overall survival for patients with metastatic biochemically recurrent prostate cancer, potentially helping to identify high-risk patients and enabling more tailored treatment options. A multi-centre cohort of 180 such patients underwent [Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT scans, with lesions semi-automatically segmented and radiomic features extracted from lesions.

The prognostic value of differentially expressed senescence-related genes(DESRGs) in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) patients is unclear. We used GEO2R to identify DESRGs from GSE60993 and performed functional enrichment analysis. We built an optimal prognostic model with LASSO penalized Cox regression via GSE49925.
