Background: Incubation centers are considered important tools to advance in a field of activity with multidisciplinary approach. The idea of incubation emerged long time back but it is actively pursued by funding agencies as a medium to propel community development. India's fast developing economy had limited tryst with Integrative Medicine until Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, role modelled for Yoga in Chandigarh on the occasion of International Yoga Day. Integrative Medicine is a growing field and widely accepted as a cost-effective problem solving method that simplifies the management of incurable and complex disorders where modern medicine has little to offer.
Summary: Development of integrative medicine health incubator is the key to development of multidisciplinary program that offers to reduce the cost of healthcare, out of pocket expenses and emphasizes on preventive healthcare as means to achieve a healthy population in a developing country like India.
Key Message: Incubation center may become practical solution for many health problems in singular platform for healthier society by integrating traditional and modern medicine.

Only CheckMate901 reported overall survival (OS) benefit for the combination. The reason for these inconsistent results is unclear.

Processing pathways between sensory and default mode network (DMN) regions support recognition, navigation, and memory but their organisation is not well understood. We show that functional subdivisions of visual cortex and DMN sit at opposing ends of parallel streams of information processing that support visually mediated semantic and spatial cognition, providing convergent evidence from univariate and multivariate task responses, intrinsic functional and structural connectivity. Participants learned virtual environments consisting of buildings populated with objects, drawn from either a single semantic category or multiple categories.

Recent evidence highlights that monetary rewards can increase the precision at which healthy human volunteers can detect small changes in the intensity of thermal noxious stimuli, contradicting the idea that rewards exert a broad inhibiting influence on pain perception. This effect was stronger with contingent rewards compared with noncontingent rewards, suggesting a successful learning process. In the present study, we implemented a model comparison approach that aimed to improve our understanding of the mechanisms that underlie thermal noxious discrimination in humans.

Here, we evaluate and report the efficacy and safety of a TCM concoction, modified Xiang Bei Yang Rong Tang (XBYRT), on quality of life (QOL), cancer-related fatigue (CRF), and cognitive symptoms, compared to placebo.
Methods: In a single-centered, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled pilot trial conducted from 2019 to 2022, fatigued cancer survivors ≥21 years old were recruited to receive the XBYRT intervention or placebo (5% diluted) once daily for the duration of 8 weeks.
