This study was a self-reported cross-sectional survey that investigated nurses' and hospitals' compliance with ventilator-associated pneumonia prevention guidelines and the barriers and factors that affect their level of compliance. A questionnaire was completed by 471 intensive care unit nurses from 16 medical centers in 3 Middle Eastern countries: Jordan, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. The results show that both nurses and hospitals have insufficient compliance. Previous education, experience, and academic degree were all found to affect nurses' compliance.

Aim: The aim of this study was to describe registered nurses' experience of person-centred care through digital media during the COVID-19 pandemic. The first wave of COVID-19 took healthcare services worldwide by surprise and affected all levels of care. Registered nurses within primary care settings had to adjust to new meeting forums with patients and in collaborations with other organisations to transfer patients from hospital to home care in a safe and secure manner using digital aids.

Introduction: Existing data on how history of trauma and adversity affects healthcare professionals is limited. This study sought to describe the prevalence of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs) and their association with present-day workplace and wellbeing outcomes among a sample of healthcare teammates overall, as well as specifically among nurses. The paper also describes local trauma-informed care initiatives that supported study feasibility.

Background: Epilepsy is one of the most common neurological conditions affecting women of reproductive age. Epilepsy management during pregnancy is a clinical conundrum, requiring a balance between seizure control and risk minimization for women with epilepsy, as well as for their fetuses.
Objective: In this review, we aimed to systematically search, evaluate, and summarize relevant evidence on perinatal fertility guidance for women with epilepsy to provide a basis for medical staff to offer comprehensive fertility counseling.
