Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common malignancy for which chronic hepatitis B infection has been defined as the most common etiologic factor. The most frequent metastatic sites are the lung, bone, lymphatics, and brain. Metastases to the chest wall have been reported rarely. We report a patient with HCC who presented with an isolated metastatic mass on the right chest wall. Metastasis of HCC should be included in the differential diagnosis of rapidly growing lesions in unusual locations, particularly in patients with chronic liver disease and HBsAg-positive patients, even if a primary tumor cannot be radiologically identified.

Background: Sufentanil is commonly used to induce general anaesthesia due to its rapid onset of action, strong analgesic effect, long-lasting effect, and stable haemodynamics; however, it often induces cough, increasing the risk of anaesthesia. This study aimed to investigate the preventive effect of low-dose esketamine on sufentanil-induced cough.
Methods: This randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study was conducted at the Air Force Medical Center between September 2023 and May 2024.

Objectives: We hypothesized that semiquantitative visual scoring of lung MRI is suitable for GOLD-grade specific characterization of parenchymal and airway disease in COPD and that MRI scores correlate with quantitative CT (QCT) and pulmonary function test (PFT) parameters.
Methods: Five hundred ninety-eight subjects from the COSYCONET study (median age = 67 (60-72)) at risk for COPD or with GOLD1-4 underwent PFT, same-day paired inspiratory/expiratory CT, and structural and contrast-enhanced MRI. QCT assessed total lung volume (TLV), emphysema, and air trapping by parametric response mapping (PRM, PRM) and airway disease by wall percentage (WP).

Purpose Of Review: The purpose of this review is to provide the most recent update and summary on the consideration, benefits and application of regional anesthesia in the ICU setting, as it pertains to the management of perioperative pain.
Recent Findings: Regional anesthesia and analgesia have become ubiquitous in the perioperative setting, with numerous indications and benefits. As integral part of the multimodal analgesia approach, various regional blocks have been increasingly utilized in critically ill patients.

Background: This study aimed to investigate the effect of couch rotation angles on non-coplanar volumetric modulated arc therapy (ncVMAT) plan for stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) in lung cancer patients and to evaluate the feasibility of clinically applying ncVMAT for SBRT.
Methods: Twenty-four lung cancer patients with a single lesion eligible for SBRT were enrolled in the study. Seven dual partial-arc VMAT plans with varying couch angles were designed for every patient.

Purpose: Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) is a staging procedure used to guide treatment for patients with breast cancer. Multiple variations in the SLNB technique have been described. We questioned how technique impacts the number of sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs) removed and associated complications.
