Background: Ovarian sarcomas represent less than 1% of all ovary cancers and usually are frequent in adults. Primary angiosarcomas are exceptional in the ovaries within children.
Case Presentation: We reported a case of primary ovarian angiosarcoma in a 12-year-old girl in a resource-constrained context. Immunohistochemistry study showed the positivity of CD34, CD31, factor VIII, while S100 was negative. The diagnosis of primary non-metastatic angiosarcoma was retained. She was unable to undergo the CWS-2002P chemotherapy since her parents could not afford it.
Conclusion: This case report described a rare type of a primary ovarian angiosarcoma within a child, diagnosed in a low-income country in a laboratory with limited resources.

Malignant Brenner tumors (MBTs) are rare epithelial tumors of the ovary, most likely arising from benign and borderline Brenner tumors. MBTs may be misdiagnosed as other primary carcinomas or nonepithelial tumors of the ovary as well as metastatic carcinomas. Accurate diagnosis usually requires clinical-radiologic correlation, extensive sampling, and immunohistochemical studies.

Background: Breast cancer and reproductive system cancers remain significant public health threats for Chinese women. This study aimed to evaluate the latest epidemiological patterns and trends of four female-specific cancers in China.
Methods: The year- and age-specific estimates of the incidence, mortality, and disability-adjusted life-years (DALYs) associated with breast, cervical, ovarian, and uterine cancers in China from 1990 to 2021 were generated from the Global Burden of Disease, Injuries, and Risk Factors 2021 study.

The most severe form of male infertility is idiopathic non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA), a complete sperm absence in the ejaculate. We performed exome sequencing in the Croatian infertile brothers with NOA and found a variant in DMRT1 (Doublesex and mab-3 related transcription factor 1) gene that was further assessed by the EMSA assay and molecular dynamic simulations. We additionally screened for DMRT1 mutations in 1940 infertile men diagnosed with spermatogenic failure, 644 normozoospermic controls, and 105 females with primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) recruited to the GEnetics of Male INfertility Initiative (GEMINI) or Estonian Andrology (ESTAND) cohorts.

PRIMA was restricted to patients at higher risk of progression (excluded stage III EOC with no visible residual disease [NVRD] after primary cytoreductive surgery [PCS]). This retrospective study evaluated the potential impact of excluding stage III EOC with NVRD from PRIMA by assessing real-world treatment outcomes following 1LM niraparib monotherapy in this patient population.

Importance: The goal of surgical deescalation is to minimize tissue damage, enhance patient outcomes, and reduce the adverse effects often associated with extensive or traditional surgical procedures. This shift toward less invasive techniques has the potential to revolutionize surgical practices, profoundly impacting the methods and training of future surgeons.
Objective: To evaluate adoption of surgical deescalation within the field of gynecologic oncology using The National Cancer Database.
