A diffuse erythematous, edematous tender swelling with a distinct border and local rise in temperature suggest a morphological diagnosis of erysipelas-like eruption. While cellulitis and pseudocellulitis have an ill defined tender erythematous plaque. Erysipelas, and cellulitis are not a straightforward diagnosis as multiple cutaneous eruptions mimic erysipelas.

Background: Carcinoma erysipeloides (CE) is a rare form of cutaneous metastasis appearing similar to erysipelas or cellulitis. Due to its rarity, little is known about CE.
Methods: We here initially reported a case of CE secondary to rectal carcinoma and then reviewed the literature and analyzed the basic characteristics of the cases reported previously.

- This study aimed to identify atypical clinical presentations of cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL) in Şanlıurfa province, encompassing a retrospective analysis of 213 patients with non-standard symptoms out of 1,751 diagnosed cases between 2019 and 2022.
