Breast plasmacytoma is an uncommon extramedullary manifestation of multiple myeloma (MM). This case presents a primary extramedullary plasmacytoma and progression to MM with breast involvement after 12 years of discovering the disease. The patient is a 54-year-old woman who initially presented with a right humerus pathological fracture that turned out to be a primary extramedullary plasmacytoma.

Background: Parasellar plasmacytomas are rare neurosurgical entities. Intrinsic characteristics of these tumors, such as adjacent bone erosion and symptoms resulting from invasion and mass effect, may lead to the possibility of a solitary extramedullary plasmacytoma (SEP) as a differential diagnosis.
Case Description: We present the case of a 39-year-old male with a 1-month history of bilateral decreased visual acuity, retroocular pulsating pain, and chromatic vision loss.

Orbital plasmacytomas are exceedingly rare neoplasms characterized by the proliferation of monoclonal plasma cells in the orbital soft tissues. Their presentation and clinical course can be diverse, making early diagnosis and management challenging. This case report sheds light on one such instance, emphasizing the diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of this uncommon condition.

Primary malignant bone tumors of the spine are exceedingly rare, with solitary bone plasmacytoma (SBP) representing approximately 30% of all cases. Radiological assessments are crucial for localizing SBP and for ruling out a diagnosis of multiple myeloma (MM). Imaging features resembling a "mini-brain" appear to be distinctive for SBP.
