Introduction: The project, funded by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche, aims to evaluate the long-term outcomes of patients with oesophageal atresia (OA) between 13 and 14 years old and establish multiomics profiles using data from the world's biggest OA registry.
Methods And Analysis: is a national multicentre population-based cohort study recruiting participants from all qualified French centres for OA surgery at birth. The primary objective is to assess the prevalence of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease in adolescence among patients with OA, with several secondary objectives including the identification of risk factors and multiomic profiles from oesophageal biopsies and blood samples collected between 13 and 14 years old, compared with a control group.

Importance: Preventive efforts in pregnancy-related alloimmunization have considerably decreased the prevalence of hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn (HDFN). International studies are therefore essential to obtain a deeper understanding of the postnatal management and outcomes of HDFN. Taken together with numerous treatment options, large practice variations among centers may exist.

Objective: To describe the reasons and determinants for switching ART, with a particular focus on doravirine-based regimens, in routine clinical practice in France.
Design: This analysis of cross-sectional baseline data is part of the DoraVIH study, a French, multicenter (15 sites), two-step observational cohort study that includes prospective follow-up for a subset of participants.

Purpose: Surgery remains the cornerstone of localized renal cell carcinoma (RCC) care. Pembrolizumab has recently been recommended as a standard of care for RCC patients who are at high risk of recurrence. Data regarding the efficacy of ICIs either alone or in combination with ICIs or VEGF TKIs for VTT shrinkage are scarce.

Hematology patients require central venous catheters for cancer treatment and nutrition, which increases their risk of intravascular device-associated bacteremia. In the absence of recent data, we investigated intravascular device-associated bacteremia in this specific context. A three-month surveillance was conducted annually in 27 hematology wards, using a protocol derived from the HAI-Net ICU ECDC protocol (2020-2024).
