In this case, we report a case of lower digestive tract hemorrhage caused by appendicitis in China. An 46-year-old Chinese male was sent to China-Japan union Hospital of Jilin University with abdominal pain in 2015. The patient was diagnosed with anemia. In this report, the appendix of patient was excised by laparoscopic surgery. The patient's colonoscopy results showed patient could be seen a large number of dark red blood and fresh blood in the intestinal cavity. The patient's colon position found focal mucosal shedding, shallow ulcer formation. As last, the patient was successfully performed and reduced the patient's pain by laparoscopic surgery.

Aim: To (1) examine considerations before and experiences with GP contact during the first COronaVIrus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) lockdown among Danish citizens; (2) analyse the associations with sex, age, chronic disease, and socioeconomic factors; and (3) explore changes in healthcare-seeking behaviour post-pandemic.
Method: A total of 100,000 Danes aged 20 years or older, randomly selected in the general population, were invited to participate in a survey examining considerations and experiences with healthcare seeking during the first COVID-19 lockdown. Data were collected in spring 2022 and linked to register data on socioeconomic factors.

Pancreatic panniculitis is a rare dermatological manifestation of pancreatic disorders, characterized by painful, erythematous nodules. We present the case of an 84-year-old woman with acute pancreatitis who developed erythematous-violaceous nodular lesions on her lower limbs. Histopathological examination revealed lobular panniculitis with fat necrosis and ghost adipocytes, confirming the diagnosis.

Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a complex clinical syndrome resulting from various cardiac diseases, characterized by weakened cardiac pumping capacity and inadequate blood supply to body tissues. This study aims to investigate the expression and clinical implications of pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (pro-BNP) and soluble suppression of tumorigenicity 2 (sST2) in CHF to explore their potential in early diagnosis and severity assessment of the pathological condition.
