An insulinoma is a rare pancreatic endocrine tumor which is typically a hypervascular, solitary small tumour. 90 % of tumors are benign and less than 2 cm in size. Some insulinomas are associated with MEN-1 syndrome. Some cases of insulinoma may present with neuropsychiatric symptoms and may be wrongly diagnosed as psychosis. We report a case of insulinoma in a 55 years old female who presented with episodes of abnormal behavior and altered sensorium. On detailed investigations she was diagnosed as a case of hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia due to insulinoma (in her case MRI abdomen was normal) DOTANOC PET CT confirmed the insulinoma in body/tail of pancreas.

Introduction: While antipsychotics are key requirement in acute and long-term management of schizophrenia, medication adherence remains a major unmet need in its care. This paper assessed the prevalence of oral antipsychotic non-adherence among outpatients with schizophrenia and its associated clinico-demographic factors.
Method: Three hundred and ten adult outpatients (18-64 years of age) were cross-sectionally interviewed after being diagnosed of schizophrenia using ICD-10 criteria, and the diagnosis confirmed with the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI).

Introduction: The incidence of cognitive compromise in systemic lupus erythematosus is variable; it presents early and is usually asymptomatic. Our study evaluated the frequency of cognitive impairment in patients without a previous diagnosis of neuropsychiatric lupus and compared the differences in intracerebral size in subgroups with cognitive alterations and positive autoantibodies.
Methods: This is a cross-sectional study.

Mild behavioral impairment (MBI) represents a recently introduced diagnostic concept that focuses on behavioral and personality changes occurring in late life and associated with cognitive decline. Nevertheless, the relationship between these dimensions remains unclear. This systematic review and meta-analysis aim to analyze the relationship between MBI and cognitive functioning.

Computational neuropsychiatry is a leading discipline to explain psychopathology in terms of neuronal message passing, distributed processing, and belief propagation in neuronal networks. Active Inference (AI) has been one of the ways of representing this dysfunctional signal processing. It involves that all neuronal processing and action selection can be explained by maximizing Bayesian model evidence, or minimizing variational free energy.
