For many years, the face-lift has not been the only intervention for facial rejuvenation. It is necessary today to specify the type of face-lift, cervico-facial lifting, frontal lifting or facelift. We will consider in this article the frontal lift and centro-facial lift and its possible execution assisted by endoscopy with therefore minimal scars, hidden in the scalp. We will consider successively its technique, its indications and its results highlighting a very long hold over time.

Introduction: In Parkinson's disease (PD), sleep-wake problems are disease-related symptoms that occur throughout the day and have a negative impact on patients' quality of life to an extent that is equal to or greater than that of typical motor symptoms.

Areas Covered: Insomnia due to fragmented sleep and excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) worsen as PD progresses. Nighttime wearing-off and early morning-off should be considered first when fragmented sleep is reported in PD patients.

To introduce ABBA Letter Alternation (ABBA) as a computerized measure of response inhibition/response alternation developed for telehealth following restrictions of in-person testing due to COVID-19. ABBA consists of two PowerPoint-administered trials: Letter Reading of 25 capital As or Bs individually presented, and Letter Alternation with instructions to say the opposite letter to what is presented. We obtained initial normative ABBA performance from 899 healthy research volunteers participating in the Emory Healthy Brain Study (EHBS) with Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scores 24/30 and higher.

Objectives: Real-time monitoring of cochlear function to predict the loss of residual hearing after cochlear implantation is now possible. Current approaches monitor the cochlear microphonic (CM) during implantation from the electrode at the tip of the implant. A drop in CM response of >30% is associated with poorer hearing outcomes.
