AI Article Synopsis

  • MDJK30 is a microorganism found in the rhizosphere of peony plants that helps manage the peony root rot pathogen.
  • The complete genome sequence of MDJK30 has been sequenced and analyzed.
  • The analysis indicated the presence of eleven gene clusters related to secondary metabolism, which could be significant for its antifungal properties.

Article Abstract

MDJK30 was isolated from the rhizosphere of a peony. It could control the pathogen of peony root rot. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of MDJK30. Eleven secondary metabolism gene clusters were predicted.
