Carcinoma of unknown primary (CUP) is a diverse group of malignancies characterized by metastatic disease without an identified primary site. It typically presents with a poor prognosis due to widespread metastasis at diagnosis. This report discusses a 58-year-old female patient with advanced CUP and diffuse liver metastasis.

Giant parathyroid adenoma (GPA) is an extremely rare cause of primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) and may sometimes mimic parathyroid carcinoma (PC). Parathyroid carcinoma is also a very rare entity. Both preoperative and postoperative diagnosis of the two conditions remains a challenge.

Pancreatic panniculitis is a rare dermatological manifestation of pancreatic disorders, characterized by painful, erythematous nodules. We present the case of an 84-year-old woman with acute pancreatitis who developed erythematous-violaceous nodular lesions on her lower limbs. Histopathological examination revealed lobular panniculitis with fat necrosis and ghost adipocytes, confirming the diagnosis.

Background: Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) is more effective for diagnosing and treating solitary pulmonary nodules (SPNs). We report an 18-year-old male who presented with a two-month history of a lesion over his right forearm with a one-week history of sudden increase in size associated with pain. General and systemic examinations were normal. Dermatological examination revealed a single tender, well-defined, pearly white to erythematous, dome-shaped nodule of approximately 6mm x 5mm x 5mm with central umbilication and surrounding erythema.
