When dealing with a partially edentulous patient requiring rehabilitation for a distal extension, the situation becomes challenging if the patient is unwilling to consider placing implants or using a removable prosthesis. A patient with partial tooth loss may find it difficult to receive a satisfactory repair, especially if the missing teeth are at the back. The surrounding gum tissue and the underlying bone ridges provide support for dentures that encase natural teeth.

Context: Vitreoretinal large B- cell lymphoma (VR- LBCL) is a type of non- Hodgkin lymphoma confined to the eye and central nervous system (CNS). The clinical manifestations of intraocular lymphoma can precede, occur simultaneously with, or follow disease at CNS sites. It differs from other forms of extra-nodal lymphoma; in that it does not involve systemic sites other than CNS.

Little league baseball players present with a unique subset of injuries that can affect the growth plate, commonly at the shoulder or the elbow. Ascertaining a diagnosis and plan of care for little league shoulder (LLS) historically focuses on the proximal humeral physis in skeletally immature throwing athletes presenting with shoulder pain.
