Background: There are various diagnostic manoeuvres to distinguish between atrial tachycardia (AT), atrio-ventricular nodal re-entrant tachycardia (AVNRT) and orthodromic re-entrant tachycardia (ORT) when assessing a narrow complex supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) in the electrophysiology (EP) laboratory. These manoeuvres are commonly used in combination to come to a diagnosis due to the inability of a single test to be able to reliably differentiate between the arrhythmias.
Objective: To determine whether a single captured His-synchronous simultaneous extra-stimulus in the atrium and ventricle ("Double Capture") can reliably distinguish the mechanism of a narrow complex SVT.

Background: Although electronic health record nursing summaries aim to provide a concise overview of patient data, they often fall short of meeting nurses' information needs, leading to underutilization. This gap arises from a lack of involvement of nurses in the design of health information technologies.
Objective: The purpose of this exploratory co-design case study was to solicit insights from nurses regarding nursing summary design considerations, including key information types and the preferred design prototype.

Background: Newborns often lose 7-10% of their birth weight during the first week of life; however, term babies typically regain this weight in 7-10 days, whereas preterm babies typically do so in 10-15 days. Regaining birth weight is an essential developmental milestone and significantly influences their overall health outcomes. Research from the past has concentrated more on the degree of birth weight growth than its causes.
