The science work is based on morphological research of cerebellums of 219 corpses of people (108 man and 111 woman) of young and old age. There were used such research methods as organometric, histological and morphometric. During study a comparative analysis of the mass, linear dimensions, thickness of cerebellar cortex of young and old age was conducted. The regularities of age variability of organometric characteristic of cerebellum were revealed and they are found in the reduction of mass and linear dimensions of the people of senile age in comparison with younger people. It was determined that thickness of molecular and granular layers of cerebellum was characterized by aging changing parameters. The results of the morphological study can serve as a basis for the identification of certain regularities of age anatomy of the cerebellum and have practical significance as indicators of the norm that allows using these data in diagnostic and therapeutic work.

The work is based on the results of an organometric study of the corpus callosum (callosometry) among 93 people (49 men and 44 women) using the method of magnetic resonance imaging. A comparative analysing of the length, height, thickness of the roller and the knee of the corpus callosum, the depth of its occurrence (front, top, back) was carried out. The regularities of age variability of organometric characteristics of the corpus callosum, manifested in a decrease in its linear dimensions among old people in comparison with young people and a decrease in the depth of its occurrence.

Objective: To study the features of surgical anatomy of intrahepatic segments of right portal vein.
Material And Methods: The results of 260 histological examinations including sectional (n=60) and clinical (n=200) surveys were analyzed. Anatomical analysis implied assessment of organometric characteristics including liver weight, length, width and thickness of right and left lobes, division angles of portal vein, the number of branches, length and diameter of the vessels.
Objective: Introduction: In connection with the development of plastic and aesthetic surgery, there is a steady growth in aesthetic mammoplasty. Modern aesthetics require an emphasis on and accentuation of mammary glands. For our region it is obvious that the physical and sexual development of girls living in the harsh continental climate of Yakutia has its own characteristics.

We have developed the algorithm for the choice of the surgical strategy for the treatment of chronic post-traumatic laryngeal stenosis with the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness of the management of the patients presenting with this condition. The proposed approach envisages obtaining anthropometric characteristics of the patients, determination of the type of his (her) neck and constitution, construction of the regressive models of the clinically significant laryngometric parameters based on the results of the clinical observations including the dimensions of the glottal fissure and the position of the vocal folds, calculations of the size of the autotransplant and the length of the T-shaped tube based on the results of the mathematical analysis of the anthropo- and organometric characteristics of the concrete patient, the laryngoplastic and prosthetic treatment of the newly formed laryngo-tracheal passage. The present study included 71 patients at the age from 23 to 68 years presenting with chronic paralytic (31%) and combined (69%) laryngeal stenosis.
