The current study identified the fertility-related needs of young adult (YA; ages 19-39) survivors. Participants ( = 94) completed the Adolescent and Young Adult Survivorship Psycho-Oncology Screening Tool-a screening tool developed to assess cancer-related concerns of YAs in survivorship. Approximately one-third of survivors endorsed fertility-related concerns.

Several neurodegenerative diseases are associated with the deposition of amyloid fibrils. Background: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (hereafter referred to as First Nations) childbearing women report negative experiences from a lack of culturally safe maternity care. Evidence supports improved health outcomes for First Nations women and infants when cared for by First Nations midwives. There are barriers to First Nations students accessing university, particularly nursing and midwifery students, with a lack of evidence exploring the experiences of First Nations midwifery students.

Shared governance in hospitals promotes the inclusion of nurses' expertise, knowledge and skills in organisational processes, and nurses increasingly fulfil positions in organisational hierarchies. However, incorporating nursing expertise in strategic governance structures might be complicated, as these structures are primarily linked to managerial and biomedical expertise. Drawing on a Foucauldian perspective on knowledge and power, intertwined and embedded in everyday (inter)actions, we study how newly appointed directors of nursing challenge these dominant 'modes of knowing'.
