Background: Clonal mature B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders (B-LPDs) are a heterogeneous group of neoplasia characterized by the proliferation of mature B lymphocytes in the peripheral blood, bone marrow and/or lymphoid tissues. B-LPDs classification into different subtypes and their diagnosis is based on a multiparametric approach. However, accurate diagnosis may be challenging, especially in cases of ambiguous interpretation.

We report an interesting case of an elderly male patient with splenic marginal zone lymphoma with a monoclonal cluster of differentiation (CD)5+ B cells. The patient developed signs of renal injury and was evaluated via serum protein electrophoresis and immunofixation electrophoresis, which revealed monoclonal gammopathy with elevated free lambda light chain. However, a bone biopsy ruled out a diagnosis of multiple myeloma.

Context: Biomaterials such as platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) have shown to improve healing and osseointegration.
Aims: The aim of this study was to clinically and radiographically evaluate and compare immediate implants placed with and without PRF.
Settings And Design: This prospective and comparative study was conducted among 30 patients in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Govt.
Objectives: To: 1) analyze possible differences in the CIEDE2000 lightness, chroma and hue of the gingiva at the free gingival margin (FGM) and the middle zone of keratinized gingiva (MZ) between participants with an ISFP in the maxillary anterior region and participants with natural dentition and healthy gums; and 2) examine the perceptibility/acceptability of the differences in CIEDE2000 lightness, chroma and hue and in overall color, using the Euclidean and CIEDE2000 formulae.
Methods: The L*, a* and b* color coordinates were measured in 60 adult participants (30 with an ISFP and 30 with healthy teeth and gums) using a Spectroshade™ Micro spectrophotometer. From these coordinates, the changes in lightness (ΔL'), chroma (ΔC') and hue (ΔH') CIEDE2000 between the participants with and without an ISFP were quantified.

Objective: Several European and American guidelines recommend to perform an additional hysterectomy in patients with cervical adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS), who initially received conservative treatment and who completed childbearing during follow-up. This study aimed to evaluate cost-effectiveness of performing an additional hysterectomy in comparison to expectative management.
Methods: This post-hoc analysis was based on a retrospective cohort of patients diagnosed with AIS, who were conservatively treated by a radical (i.
