Gastric mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinoma (MANEC) is a rare and highly aggressive malignancy characterized by both exocrine and neuroendocrine components. Treatment options for metastatic cases are limited, with typical therapeutic approaches involving a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. A 68-year-old male with metastatic gastric MANEC was treated with targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and chemotherapy, including S-1, apatinib, cadonilimab, and paclitaxel.

Background: The lymphatic system is the major route of cancer metastasis, and sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs) are the first station for the spread of cancer cells. Accurate identification of SLNs by tracers during surgery is crucial for SLN biopsy and lymphadenectomy. However, conventional monomodal tracers such as blue dyes and carbon nanoparticles often induce a misjudgment of SLNs and thus are still unsatisfying for clinical applications.

Background: Catheter ablation is the primary treatment option for idiopathic ventricular tachycardia (VT). It plays a key role in acute therapy of electrical storm, treatment of VTs in patients with structural heart disease (SHD), and can reduce VT burden. Here we report on 10-year clinical outcomes following VT ablation from patients enrolled in the prospective German Ablation Registry.

CPARI: a novel approach combining cell partitioning with absolute and relative imputation to address dropout in single-cell RNA-seq data.

A key challenge in analyzing single-cell RNA sequencing data is the large number of false zeros, known as "dropout zeros", which are caused by technical limitations such as shallow sequencing depth or inefficient mRNA capture. To address this challenge, we propose a novel imputation model called CPARI, which combines cell partitioning with our designed absolute and relative imputation methods. Initially, CPARI employs a new approach to select highly variable genes and constructs an average consensus matrix using C-mean fuzzy clustering-based blockchain technology to obtain results at different resolutions.
