Background: Patient registries are databases comprised of standardized clinical data for a specific population of patients with a particular disease or medical condition. Information from patient registries allows clinicians to assess long-lasting outcomes in patients with a specific disease, such as psoriasis.
Objective: Our primary objective was to identify available psoriasis registries in the United States (U.S.) and evaluate the application of patient registries compared to clinical trials.
Methods: We searched Google, the Registry of Patient Registries, Orphanet and ClinicalTrials.gov to create a list of U.S. psoriasis registries. We also performed a literature review on the application of psoriasis registries using PubMed.
Results: We identified 6 psoriasis patient registries in the United States.
Conclusions: Patient registries are frequently used for psoriasis in the U.S. and provide important information about the safety, efficacy and long-term effects of systemic therapies.

Health care value, quantified as outcome per unit cost, requires knowing which outcomes are influenced by which intervention at what cost. The value of rehabilitation is still largely unknown. Much of the reason for this limited evidence is historically poor standardization and collection of rehabilitation interventions, and objectively measured outcomes across care settings, care providers, and health care systems.

Objectives: We compared the overall survival (OS) and cancer-specific survival (CSS) of patients who received radiotherapy and surgery, respectively, in a large population.
Methods: In this study, we counted the patients diagnosed with stage IA lung adenocarcinoma in the SEER database from 2015 to 2019. We compared the overall survival (OS) and cancer-specific survival (CSS) through Kaplan Meier analysis, balanced the differences of primary data through propensity score matching (PSM), screened independent prognostic factors through Cox regression analysis, and then compared the survival differences of different treatment methods through hierarchical analysis.

Background: Chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions affect millions of people worldwide and place a significant burden on individuals and the healthcare systems. Managing chronic musculoskeletal pain requires a multidisciplinary approach that considers biological, psychological, and social factors. However, access to multidisciplinary pain care is challenging, and long wait times can lead to increased stress and health deterioration.

Objective: To explore the horizontal impact of extensive incisor retraction on alveolar bone and to investigate the relationship of changes in alveolar bone thickness (ΔBT) with horizontal retraction distance of the incisal edge (HRD) and horizontal retraction distance of alveolar ridge crest (HRD') in orthodontic treatment.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective study included 84 patients who underwent orthodontic extraction treatment, involving extensive incisor retraction (≥ 3 mm). Pre-treatment (T0) and post-treatment (T1) cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) data were collected.
