Transmission electron microscopy, especially at cryogenic temperature, is largely used for studying biological macromolecular complexes. A main difficulty of TEM imaging of biological samples is the weak amplitude contrasts due to electron diffusion on light elements that compose biological organisms. Achieving high-resolution reconstructions implies therefore the acquisition of a huge number of TEM micrographs followed by a time-consuming image analysis.

Purpose: Prior evidence suggests that patients' Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) worsens after COVID-19. This study aimed to investigate HRQoL in Italian patients post-hospitalization for COVID-19, focusing on changes in physical and mental HRQoL over time since COVID-19 diagnosis.
Methods: A cohort of patients hospitalized for COVID-19 at Molinette Hospital in Turin, Italy, was contacted post-discharge to assess HRQoL using the SF-36 questionnaire.
This article primarily concentrates on the theoretical and intellectual dimensions of nature cure, particularly efforts to revive it during the second half of the nineteenth century. Background & Aims: Owing to unexplained interpatient variation and treatment failure in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), novel therapeutic approaches remain an urgent clinical need. Hepatic neurons, belonging to the autonomic nervous system (ANS), mediate liver/whole body crosstalk. Pathological innervation of the ANS has been identified in cancer, nurturing tumor stroma and conferring stronger carcinogenic properties.

Purpose: This study explored parents' expectations before their youth with a disability attended a Residential Immersive Life Skills (RILS) program, and perceptions of youth change over the following 12 months. Understanding expectations is important because parents play a key role in shaping their youth's ongoing development and future hopes when they return home.
Methods: A secondary analysis of qualitative interviews with 13 parents was conducted using a recurrent cross-sectional analysis approach at three time-points: before youth attended a RILS program, and three and 12 months post-program.
