Background: Omega-3 fatty acids (O3FA) have been used to treat IgA nephropathy (IgAN) but not cutaneous IgA vasculitis (IgAV).
Case Report: A 47-year-old female was referred for cutaneous vasculitis. She had a 24-year history of flares of palpable purpura, arthralgia associated with hematuria, and proteinuria. We diagnosed cutaneous IgAV associated with IgAN. We administered prednisone at doses ranging from 10 to 45 mg/day to control the flares. To reduce prednisone exposure, different therapeutic strategies (colchicine, diphenhydramine, hydroxyzine, azathioprine, benzathine penicillin, and mycophenolate mofetil) were applied without success. After 11 years, therapy with O3FA capsules containing 460 mg eicosapentaenoic acid and 380 mg of docosahexaenoic acid t.i.d. was introduced, allowing the prednisone to be stopped 2 years later. When the dose of O3FA was decreased to 1 capsule on alternate days, the cutaneous flares reappeared, but they were again controlled when the patient took 1 O3FA capsule daily.
Conclusions: O3FA can be useful to control cutaneous IgAV.

Background: In the diagnosis of linear IgA bullous dermatosis (LABD), detection of IgA at the epidermal basement membrane zone and circulating IgA autoantibodies are essential. The disease has two subtypes, lamina lucida-type and sublamina densa-type, with 120 kDa LAD-1 and 97 kDa LABD97 as major autoantigens for lamina lucida-type. Normal human epidermal keratinocytes (NHEK) and HaCaT cells are widely used for immunoblotting (IB) in the diagnosis process, but they do not provide high sensitivity and semiquantitative analysis.

Objective: To describe presentation, treatment and outcome of immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) associated-vasculitis in cancer patients in a multicentre study.
Methods: Thanks to the ImmunoCancer International Registry (ICIR), a multidisciplinary network focused on the research of the immune related adverse events related to cancer immunotherapies, patients presenting with a clinical and/or radiological suspicion of vasculitis, and histological evidence of vasculitis after being exposed to ICIs were retrospectively identified.
Results: Twenty eight cases were identified in the ICIR registry.

Background: Bullous pemphigoid (BP) and mucous membrane pemphigoid (MMP) are rare autoimmune blistering disorders characterized by autoantibodies (autoAbs) targeting dermo-epidermal junction components such as BP180 and BP230. The differential diagnosis, based on both the time of appearance and the extension of cutaneous and/or mucosal lesions, is crucial to distinguish these diseases for improving therapy outcomes and delineating the correct prognosis; however, in some cases, it can be challenging. In addition, negative results obtained by commercially available enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) with BP and MMP sera, especially from patients with ocular involvement, often delay diagnosis and treatment, leading to a greater risk of poor outcomes.

An 8-year-old boy developed serpiginous erythema on the soles of his feet and was diagnosed with cutaneous larva migrans (CLM). Following treatment with ivermectin, the erythema improved within 7 days, but it recurred 14 days later, requiring a second dose for complete resolution. Ultrasound and MRI did not reveal any parasites, but fluctuations in eosinophils, IgE and IgA levels were observed during treatment.
