Two patients with a reduced vertical dimension of occlusion as a result of teeth wear were prescribed ceramic overlays. Their 2-year follow-up suggested good adaptation to the recovered muscle support without associated symptoms or adverse alterations in the restorations.

Objectives: To compare the stress distribution and crack propagation in cracked mandibular first molar restored with onlay, overlay, and two types of occlusal veneers using two different CAD/CAM materials by Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
Materials And Methods: A mandibular first molar was digitized using a micro CT scanning system in 2023. Three-dimensional dynamic scan data were transformed, and a 3D model of a cracked tooth was generated.

Objectives: The growing trend of minimally invasive approaches has encouraged the application of partial coverage designs in restorative dentistry. This study aimed to evaluate the cyclic fatigue performance of different CAD-CAM materials used in various partial coverage designs for premolar restorations.
Methods: A freshly extracted upper premolar was prepared using a high-speed handpiece to create mesio-occluso-distal (MOD) cavities with standardized dimensions.
Purpose: The aim of this prospective clinical study was to evaluate the 12 and 24-month clinical results of overlay and one-piece endodontic crown restorations applied with additively manufactured 3D printed permanent ceramic-filled resin (PCR) according to the Modified US Public Health Service (USPHS) criteria.
Materials And Methods: A total of 33 indirect restorations (16 overlay, 17 endocrown) (4 premolar, 29 molar) produced using PCR (Formlabs) were applied to 30 patients by a single dentist. The restorations were evaluated according to the modified USPHS criteria at baseline (7 days), 12 and 24 months times by two independent evaluators.
