Introduction: -mutant NSCLC is associated with low mutation burden and low levels of PD-L1 expression. We conducted a phase 2 trial to determine the efficacy of durvalumab, tremelimumab, and platinum-pemetrexed in mutant NSCLC after progression with EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs).
Methods: Participants were treated with induction durvalumab, tremelimumab, and platinum-pemetrexed, followed by durvalumab-pemetrexed maintenance.

Osimertinib, a third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), has revolutionized one of the standard most efficient treatments for EGFR mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Osimertinib, a third-generation EGFR-TKI, is currently one of most efficient treatments in clinical practice. However, it has a potentially fatal side effect: interstitial lung disease (ILD).

Background: MET gene exon 14 skipping was identified as a potential driver mutation that occurs in approximately 3%-4% of patients with nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC), typically in the absence of other driver mutations. Capmatinib and tepotinib were the first MET- tyrosine kinase inhibitors (MET-TKIs) approved by the FDA and PMDA, specifically for patients with metastatic NSCLC. Several studies have reported acquired resistance after MET-TKI treatment for MET mutation-positive NSCLC.

Tumor-associated erythema annulare centrifugum is commonly observed in leukemia and lymphoma. In this case, we reported erythema annulare centrifugum associated with lung cancer that resolved following targeted drug therapy. A 71-year-old man with psoriasis visited our hospital with erythema annulare and pruritus.

Introduction: Osimertinib, a third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor, is a first-line therapy for advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR mutations, including both sensitizing and T790M resistance mutations. Its real-world efficacy against uncommon EGFR mutations remains under-researched.
Methods: The REIWA study, a multicentric, prospective, observational study conducted in Japan from September 2018 to August 2020, enrolled patients with advanced or recurrent EGFR mutation-positive NSCLC receiving osimertinib.
