Background: Complete bicorporeal uterus, double cervix and obstructive longitudinal vaginal septum (classified as U3bC2V2 according to ESHRE/ESGE classification) is a rare congenital anomaly of the genital tract. This condition is typically associated with ipsilateral renal agenesis and is known as Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich syndrome or OHVIRA (Obstructed HemiVagina and Ipsilateral Renal Anomaly) syndrome. The primary symptoms include dysmenorrhea and pelvic pain, which usually manifest after menarche due to haematocolpos in the obstructed hemivagina.

Point-of-care abdominal ultrasound (US) has emerged as a powerful tool for clinicians and is becoming a routine bedside tool to rapidly diagnose, manage hemodynamics, monitor fluid status, and guide procedures in emergency and critical care. Extended focused assessment with sonography for trauma (eFAST), is commonly used to detect free intraperitoneal blood in the trauma setting and may also be an option in non-trauma patients. However, it has significant limitations for detecting gastrointestinal or retroperitoneal bleeding.

Background: The decision to place a subcutaneously tunneled catheter is an infection prevention strategy for long term venous access allowing the proceduralist to access a vein and relocate the catheter exit site to a region on the body where care and maintenance can be safely performed. Subcutaneously tunneled centrally inserted dialysis catheter (ST-CIDC) placement is commonly performed in patients with renal disease and is traditionally performed with fluoroscopy in the interventional radiology suite or the operating theater. However, today's interventional radiologists and surgeons perform advanced invasive procedures that can be time-consuming resulting in delays in the scheduling of elective tunneled catheter placements.

Unlabelled: Data about the long-term safety and efficacy of stent implantation for central venous stenosis in patients on dialysis are limited. We report the case of a 66-year-old man on hemodialysis for end-stage renal disease who presented with stasis dermatitis around an arteriovenous shunt with ulceration of the left forearm. Computed tomography angiography showed a tight stenosis of the proximal left subclavian vein and the development of collateral blood vessels around the stenosis.

Renal cell carcinoma is the most common type of primary renal cancer, and clear cell carcinoma is the most common subtype, accounting for approximately 70% of all adult renal cell carcinoma cases. At the time of diagnosis, many patients already have metastatic manifestations. Cutaneous metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma is very rare and usually represents a poor prognosis, mostly affecting the head and neck.
