Spontaneous bladder rupture is rare. Presentation is non-specific and in absence of history of trauma, radiation, inflammatory conditions and other leading causes, there is considerable diagnostic delay. Absence of clear cut diagnostic signs leads to increased morbidity and mortality. In many patients, omentum seals perforation, giving diverticular appearance in Cystogram. The objective of this case report is to highlight important specific diagnostic points in history and radiology which will help in clear, early diagnosis and treatment causing immense benefit to the patient. We would also like to highlight a specific radiological point to distinguish true from pseudo-diverticulum.

The occurrence of spontaneous bladder rupture during labor or the postpartum period after an uncomplicated vaginal delivery is exceedingly uncommon. However, we encountered a case involving spontaneous bladder rupture, which resulted in the development of localized fluid collections in the abdomen after an uncomplicated vaginal delivery. In this instance, the absence of typical peritonitis symptoms, such as abdominal pain or tenderness, and the lack of typical urological symptoms, including haematuria, dysuria, and anuria, coupled with the absence of clinical manifestations of puerperal sepsis, the absence of microbial presence in the ascitic fluid, and the patient's symptomatic amelioration following antibiotic therapy, contributed to a delay in identifying the bladder rupture.

The goal of standardizing the technique of the routine, uncomplicated cesarean delivery (CD) is to decrease maternal morbidity while optimizing neonatal outcomes. During the procedure, a family-oriented CD is recommended. The low transverse cesarean skin incision (created with either scalpel or diathermy) is preferred with either the Joel-Cohen or Pfannenstiel methods being acceptable.

Background: Ramucirumab (IMC-1121B) is a fully human immunoglobulin G1 monoclonal antibody, approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treating various cancers, including gastric, colorectal, liver, and non-small cell lung cancer. This study aimed to investigate the adverse events (AEs) associated with ramucirumab by utilizing data mining techniques on the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS).
Methods: We collected ramucirumab-related data from the FAERS database, spanning from January 2014 to June 2023.
