After reviewing the existing bibliography in the last 20 years, we concluded that there is a lack of information regarding the ethical conflicts that affect to pediatrics in their daily practice. It produces certain degree of uncertainty in these professionals at the time of solving these problems. We made a systematic search in the main data bases, finding more than 150 articles related, of which 80 were considered outstanding. After studying them, we have found 40 ethical dilemmas, related to some principle of solution and that we described in this article. Through them we can find such important dilemmas as those related to physical disability, palliative care or consent from children.

This project evaluated the online implementation of a Responsible Conduct of Research/Professional Ethics Training for graduate students. The program was offered as a video-streamed remote, real-time training with an in-person option. Effectiveness of the remote program was evaluated using multiple measures: perceptions of ethical dilemmas, ethical decision-making, and reactions to the training.

Mental health nursing is dependent on nurses' ability to engage in therapeutic relationships with patients. The ability to manage professional boundaries is equally important, but less explored. This study aims to address the following research questions: How do nurses define their professional, personal, and private roles? What are nurses' experiences with professional boundaries?
