Introduction: Time banking, known as "Community/Neighborhood Pension," instantiates a form of co-creation that can provide a new solution to fulfil the unmet social service needs of community members with idle resources, which is a feasible solution to alleviate pension pressure. The sustainable operation of time banks relies on the co-creation and active participation of community members. Therefore, in this study, we investigate the motivation of members to participate in web-based time banks from a service requirement narrative perspective.

Background: Motivated behaviors vary widely across individuals and are controlled by a range of environmental and intrinsic factors. However, due to a lack of objective measures, the role of intrinsic extrinsic control of motivation in psychiatric disorders remains poorly understood.
Methods: We developed a novel multi-factorial behavioral task that separates the distinct contributions of intrinsic extrinsic control, and determines their influence on motivation and outcome sensitivity in a range of contextual environments.

However, only about half of the German population meets the WHO recommendations for physical activity. The aim of this study was to identify factors that influence engagement in regular exercise and could help increase physical activity levels in the general population.

Academic procrastination is a multifaceted variable that encompasses different affective, cognitive, and behavioral factors, and has a high incidence in university students with important negative academic, personal, and social consequences. As such, this study aims to explain the levels of academic procrastination in relation to academic motivation and certain sociodemographic variables. The sample was composed of 117 students belonging to the University of Cuenca, Ecuador, they completed a questionnaire of sociodemographic variables, academic motivation scale and academic procrastination scale.
