Endometriosis is a chronic disease that affects around 10% of reproductive age women worldwide and a common cause of infertility. One of its manifestations is ovarian endometriomas, which are present in 17-44% of endometriosis patients. Endometriomas can impair fertility by mechanical stretching and local inflammation, promoting oxidative stress in the surrounding ovarian cortex that could lead to apoptosis and necrosis of early follicles.

Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common gynecological disease accompanied by multiple clinical features, including anovulation, hyperandrogenism, and polycystic ovarian morphology, leading to infertility. Formononetin (FMN), which is a major bioactive isoflavone compound in Astragalus membranaceus, exerts anti-inflammatory effects. However, whether FMN is effective in the treatment of PCOS remains unknown.

Ovarian cancer (OC) remains one of the most lethal gynecological malignancies, largely due to its late-stage diagnosis and high recurrence rates. Chronic inflammation is a critical driver of OC progression, contributing to immune evasion, tumor growth, and metastasis. Inflammatory cytokines, including IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-8, as well as key signaling pathways such as nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB) and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), are upregulated in OC, promoting a tumor-promoting environment.

This research aims to optimize adjuvant ovarian function suppression (OFS) for premenopausal Indian women with hormone receptor-positive (HR+) /human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) early breast cancer (eBC). To address specific challenges identified in clinical practice, a comprehensive questionnaire consisting of 21 statements was developed. These statements were reviewed and validated by a scientific committee, ensuring their accuracy and relevance to the study's objectives.

Abnormality of granulosa cells (GCs) is the critical cause of follicular atresia in premature ovarian failure (POF). RIPK3 is highly expressed in GCs derived from atretic follicles. We focus on uncovering how RIPK3 contributes to ovarian GC senescence.
