Background: Housecleaning work has been characterized as precarious employment with unstable work hours, arbitrary and low pay and benefits, and exposures to chemical, physical, and psychosocial stressors. Understanding how interpersonal power dynamics between workers and clients, a component of precarious work, contributes to work exposures can inform and improve prevention programs.
Methods: We used reflexive thematic analysis of data from seven focus groups with Latinx immigrant housecleaners in New York City to explore workers' experience of interpersonal power dynamics with their clients-whom they referred to as their "employers"-and its influences on working conditions.

Children with surgical conditions face unique, changing healthcare journeys, making accurate representation challenging. This review compares child-reported health status and treatment experiences from Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) and Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) with parent reports.

Low back pain (LBP) is a commonly encountered medical disorder in Malaysia's primary care setting, though establishing a direct connection between LBP and the workplace environment in adults is challenging. This case presents a clinic nurse who developed LBP due to a prolapsed intervertebral disc and her clinical management from an Occupational Health Doctor perspective. Her occupational management involved a walk-through survey at an urban hospital, which identified bone marrow aspiration as her most physically demanding task.
