Previous research has highlighted positive associations between physical education (PE) teachers' transformational leadership and their adolescent students' intentions to be active. However, no prior investigators have addressed mediating variables of students' motor self-efficacy and enjoyment. Our aim in this study was to re-analyze the relationships between teachers' transformational leadership style and PE students' intentions to be active, while also examining the roles of motor self-efficacy and enjoyment as potential mediators in these relationships.

This presentation will provide an overview of the MINT care model and results of a process evaluation of the implementation of the model in three provinces in Canada using the Research Medical Council framework for evaluating complex interventions.
Methods: 178 healthcare providers (HCP) were trained to establish 10 MINT clinics across three Canadian provinces.

The psychological resilience of teachers has gained significant attention due to its positive effects on schools and students. This cross-sectional quantitative study investigates the moderating roles of gender and the length of time spent with the school principal in the relationship between principals' empowering leadership behaviors and teachers' psychological resilience. Data were collected from 362 teachers working in public primary, secondary, and high schools in Siirt, Türkiye.

Anti-bullying programs can create more positive classroom environments by fostering the development of positive leaders who establish constructive norms. The social identity theory of leadership addresses stability and change within different leader profiles and identifies leader group prototypicality: the extent to which leaders are perceived to embody the group identity, including standards, values, and norms. This study focuses on two key areas: (1) examining stability and change within positive and negative leader profiles, and (2) comparing transition probabilities between the KiVa anti-bullying intervention condition and a control condition.
