Objective: To demonstrate successful restoration of ovarian function after ovarian transplantation in young woman with premature ovarian failure after gonadotoxic treatment of breast carcinoma and to discuss its possibilities.
Design: Case report.
Setting: Sanatorium Pronatal, Prague.
Case Report: We demonstrate successful ovarian transplantation and restoration of ovarian function in 33 years old woman after cryopreservation of ovarian tissue performed before chemotherapy and radiotherapy of breast carcinoma and discuss possibilities of this approach in women diagnosed with cancer and subsequent risk of ovarian silure.
Conclusion: Cryopreservation of ovarian tissue is one of efficient options to preserve fertility in young patients facing gonadotoxic treatment.

Objective: For patients with contraindications to hormone therapy, the absence of effective treatments for ovarian dysfunction post chemotherapy represents a critical issue requiring resolution. Local administration of mitochondria may enhance ovarian function in premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) by ameliorating diminished mitochondrial activity. Nevertheless, there is a paucity of literature on the efficacy of mitochondrial transplantation through intravenous injection, a less invasive and more convenient method than local injection, for the improvement of ovarian function in POI following chemotherapy.

Study Objective: We present the results of the first feasibility and safety study of a novel multi-modality falloposcope, in 19 volunteers. The falloposcope incorporated multispectral fluorescence imaging (MFI) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) for evaluation of the fallopian tubes (FT).
Methods: Nineteen females undergoing elective salpingectomy were recruited in this IRB-approved study.

This article focusing on examining the function and further, molecular function of SHP2 in ovarian cancer (OC). For the molecular mechanism, bioinformatics was applied to study the specifically expressed genes in ovarian cancer ; the western blotting was applied to identify the EGF, p-SHP2, ZEB1, and E-Cadherin expressions in ovarian cancer tissue and pair adjacent tissue; then SKOV3 cells were treated with EGF and infected with E-Cadherin overexpression lentivirus, and then cells were treated with benzyl butyl phthalate and IRS-1 respectively. Detection of expression of p-SHP2, ZEB1, E-Cadherin, α3-integrin, p-Src, p-SMAD2, Snail, Slug and SKOV3 cells of migration and invasion abilities were detected using Western blot method and cell scratch assay and Transwell assay; Progression of ovarian cancer was detected using subcutaneous tumor transplantation assay in nude mice and HE staining method and immunocyto.

As one of the essential lignan derivative found in traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG) was proved to promote women's health through its phytoestrogenic properties. Increasingly studies indicated that this compound could be a potential drug capable of preventing estrogen-related diseases. Here, we aimed to investigate whether SDG can counteract cyclophosphamide (CTX) induced premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) and further explore its specific molecular mechanism.
