This cross-sectional study compared plasma brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) levels among chronic primary musculoskeletal pain patients, chronic widespread pain patients, and asymptomatic controls. Background: The Defense Automated Neurobehavioral Assessment (DANA) encompasses a suite of standardized neurocognitive screening tools designed for detecting various neurodegenerative diseases and subtle cognitive deficits.
