Purpose: This study investigates mental health-related content to delineate potentially deficient topics for improvement in future obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN) resident educational curriculum initiatives.
Method: In this quantitative content analysis, educational resources commonly used by OBGYN residents were selected based on a 2020 multi-institutional survey of OBGYN residents and informal group discussion with 32 OBGYN residents from a New York academic institution in April 2020. After independent screening, the authors iteratively developed, tested, and implemented a coding scheme for relevant keywords.

Peripheral blood biomarkers of inflammation, oxidative stress, vascular mechanisms, and metabolic activity, as well as neurocognitive and functional performance were assessed twice, before and after intervention.

Importance: Current evidence of the association between prenatal exposure to glucocorticoids and long-term mental disorders is scarce and has limitations.
Objective: To investigate the association between prenatal exposure to systemic glucocorticoids and mental disorders in offspring at the age of 15 years, comparing exposed vs unexposed offspring born to mothers with the same underlying disease (risk of preterm delivery and autoimmune or inflammatory disorders).
Design, Setting, And Participants: This nationwide population-based cohort study used data from registries in Denmark with follow-up until December 31, 2018.

Previously we identified shared genetic risk loci between AD and major depressive disorder (MDD). In another study, we constructed a polygenic risk score (PRS) based on MDD-GWAS data and demonstrated its performance in predicting depression onset in LOAD patients.

Background: Prolonged exposure to LED-light has been associated with impaired sleep quality and pathogenesis of various diseases, including Alzheimer's Disease (AD). Red light therapy has been indicated as a non-invasive way of reducing anxiety, mood and sleep optimization in neurodegenerative disorders but its endogenous mechanisms are insufficiently comprehended.
