() is a zoonotic pathogen that causes severe disease symptoms in pigs and humans. distributed in the middle latitudes of Eurasia and North America were proved as the most development potential of Chinese Medicine. In this study, biofilm formation by decreased after growth with 1/2 MIC, 1/4 MIC, or 1/8 MIC of aqueous extract and rutin. Scanning electron microscopy analysis revealed the potential effect of aqueous extract and rutin against biofilm formation by . Using iTRAQ technology, comparative proteomic analyses was performed at two conditions: 1/2 MIC of aqueous extract treated and non-treated cells. The results revealed the existence of 28 proteins of varying amounts. We found that the majority of the proteins were related to cell growth and metabolism. We also found that Aqueous extract affected the synthesis enzymes. In summary, aqueous extract might be used to inhibit the biofilm formation effectively by , and the active ingredients of the aqueous extract is rutin. The content of rutin is 9.9 ± 0.089 mg/g dry weight.

Schistosomiasis, caused by Schistosoma worms, is a major neglected tropical disease in Africa, this disease is ranked as second after malaria. Nanotechnology is important for treating schistosomiasis while minimizing chemotherapy side effects. The current investigate aimed to assess the effectiveness of biosynthesized zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs), which were used for the first time in an attempt to find alternative treatment for schistosomiasis and synthesized by Origanum majorana, and to compare them with praziquantel (PZQ), the only chemical treatment approved by the World Health Organization.

Eurema mandarina is a pierid butterfly that primarily feeds on plants in the family Fabaceae. In mainland Japan, adult females preferentially lay eggs on Albizia julibrissin and Lespedeza cuneata. In the field, females may oviposit on non-fabaceous plants, although rarely.

In this study, copper nanoparticles with an average particle size of 2-4 nm were synthesized using the green extract of Thunb. The catalytic activity and dye degradation efficiency of Cu NPs were evaluated using ultraviolet spectroscopy. To confirm that Cu NPs can continuously remove organic dyes, this study used Cu/Lj-C composite material adsorbed on cotton balls as a simulated bed to study the cyclic catalytic activity of Cu NPs for the reduction of methylene blue by sodium borohydride (NaBH).

Zirconium dioxide nanoparticles (ZrO NPs) have gained significant attention due to their excellent bioavailability, low toxicity, and diverse applications in the medical and industrial fields. In this study, ZrO NPs were synthesized using zirconyl oxychloride and the aqueous leaf extract of as a stabilizing agent. Analytical techniques, including various spectroscopy methods and electron microscopy, confirmed the formation of aggregated spherical ZrO NPs, ranging from 15 to 30 nm in size, with mixed-phase structure composed of tetragonal and monoclinic structures.
