Twenty-five cases of exfoliative dermatitis (21 males and 4 females) were selected at random for study. in addition to routine history and clinical examination, investigations like histopathology of skin and lymphnodes, peripheral blood smear for abnormal cells and bone narrow examinations were done. Etiologically, the cases could be classified into three categories namely exfoliation in pre-existing dermatoses, drug incluced exfoliation and idiopathic exfoliation. One case showed abnormal monocytoid cells (Sezary cell) in peripheral blood smear.

Erythrodermic psoriasis (EP) is a severe and challenging variant of psoriasis that often shows poor drug survival. While risankizumab, an IL-23 inhibitor, has demonstrated efficacy in patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, its effectiveness in patients with a history of EP is less explored. This study aimed to evaluate treatment response to risankizumab and identify potential predictors influencing the treatment response.

Hepatitis B vaccines (HBVs) are widely used duo to their high clinical use and mild effects. However, as post-marketing data accumulate, several serious adverse events (SAEs) following HBV have been reported. Currently, quantitative studies based on real-world data are lacking, and information on their adverse events is limited.

Erythroderma is a severe and heterogeneous inflammatory skin condition with little guidance on the approach to management in cases of unknown etiology. To guide therapeutic selection, we sought to create an immunophenotyping platform able to identify aberrant cell populations and cytokines in subtypes of erythroderma. We performed high-parameter flow cytometry on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and whole blood of a patient with refractory idiopathic erythroderma, erythrodermic patients with Sézary syndrome and pityriasis rubra pilaris, and healthy controls.

Background: Chronic erythroderma is a potentially life-threatening condition that can be caused by various diseases, but approximately 30% of cases remain idiopathic, often with insufficient treatment options.
Objective: We sought to establish a molecular disease map of chronic idiopathic erythroderma (CIE).
Methods: We performed single-cell RNA sequencing combined with T-cell receptor sequencing of blood and skin from 5 patients with CIE and compared results with 8 cases of erythrodermic cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (eCTCL), 15 cases of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis, 10 cases of psoriasis, and 20 healthy control individuals.
