Objective: The association between vitamin D deficiency and ovarian reserve-specific outcomes of assisted reproductive technology (ART) remains uncertain. This study aimed to investigate the role of ovarian reserve in the association between basal serum vitamin D levels and ART outcomes in patients undergoing controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH).
Methods: A total of 1,333 infertile women undergoing COH cycles were retrospectively analyzed.

Background: The primary perioperative concern during laparoscopic myomectomy is the risk of significant intraoperative blood loss, which can lead to hypovolemia, necessitate blood transfusion, and result in postoperative anemia. To address this issue, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the impact of temporarily clamping the uterine and utero-ovarian arteries on operative blood loss during laparoscopic myomectomy.
Methods: We conducted a comprehensive search across various databases to identify eligible clinical trials from inception to May 2024, focusing on randomized controlled trials (RCTs).

Background: Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors (PARPis) are effective treatment options for patients with advanced ovarian cancer (OC). A typical adverse event (AE) of these agents is haematological toxicity, which represents the leading cause of treatment modification and discontinuation. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to analyse the risk of haematological AEs, including anaemia, neutropenia and thrombocytopenia due to the use of PARPis in patients with OC.

Objectives: To investigate various supplements that improve insulin resistance, hormonal status, and oxidative stress in overweight or obese women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
Methods: A literature search was conducted on four different databases, which led to the discovery of twenty - five randomized controlled trials (RCTs). These RCTs evaluated the efficacy of various supplements in improving insulin resistance (IR), hormonal status, and oxidative stress among overweight or obese women diagnosed with PCOS.
