Granulomatous lesions, such as foreign body granuloma, idiopathic granulomatous mastitis (IGM), and sarcoidosis can mimic breast carcinoma. IGM is associated with elevated prolactin (eg, pregnancy or oral contraceptive use) and is usually subareolar. Infection, however, is also commonly subareolar.

Introduction: Bezoars are an accumulation of human or vegetable fibers in the gastrointestinal tract which if extend to the small intestine are referred to as Rapunzel syndrome. They are primarily a psychiatric issue rather than a surgical condition and are associated with trichotillomania, with subsequent trichophagia, pica, and other psychiatric conditions usually seen in adolescent females. Introduction And Importance: Solitary plasmacytoma of the breast is an extremely rare manifestation of plasma cell neoplasms, predominantly seen in the bone marrow and commonly associated with multiple myeloma. When it occurs as an isolated lesion in the breast, it presents unique diagnostic and therapeutic challenges due to its rarity and clinical similarity to other breast conditions.
